要求:
Key Responsibility                                                   
- Build and manage internal special database  
- Run the data analysis to meet research objective
- Support customer and product analysis and translate into insight
- Support to collect competition information and build the competition information pool
- Help on project execution and relevant agency management
- Be responsible for other projects assigned by the supervisor

Ideal Profile
A. Key Competencies (in a prioritized order)
- Excellent database running and analysis skills with strong data sense
- Initiative and passion to drive things happen
- Strong learning capability
- Team work spirit

B. Education Background
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major:  insurance statistic or statistic or other related
- Good at database running software, such as Oracle / SAS/ SPSS etc…

C. Experience:
- 1~2 working experience
- Working on database building, running and analysis

D. Skill
- Good at database running/ analysis and translate into specific report
