要自学英语，推荐些书和学习方法吧。

短时间内想要提高英语成绩，最好是做题目。
如果是提高自身整体英语水平，那最好是多读英语读物，多练听力。
我觉得口语能力的提高比较难，要靠长期努力。

Language learning is mere a matter of communication. You maybe thought of a success if you can just make yourself fully understood. There is no need to put English learning into a very high position which seems that nearly no one can reach. Language is just a language. Please recall your experience of learning Chinese and you'll get nothing special. That's the same case to learning foreign language. The sole difference, I think, lies in that we can use our native language all the time, but as to English, we fail. So it gets more clear that more practice is even expected till you have the feeling that English can go out itself without the help of Chinese thinking.

too simple ?

standard VOA 比 CNN还标准，所以专攻VOA是提高听力的捷径。切记练听力选standard练发音选special.

精读：靠积累的，技巧也很重要，要提高难的，认真听课，多念课文，多做四六级练习，多被单词，总的来说强的就是强的，弱的便只好弱，想改变，难......
听力：一级的，容易得是......二级，老师要你听的东西去听听好，新闻多听听....三级，学不好请投降....
口语：给老师留个好印象，最后考试的时候认真点.....
阅读：勤奋点吧，没其他办法
